Hastings & Bexhill RFC takes its responsibility for the welfare of its young players very seriously and has put in place Policies and Guidelines to ensure that everyone inside the club is aware of these responsibilities.
Below are six documents which the Club encourages all parents of players in our Youth Teams to read.

We would ask parents/guardians to print and complete the tear off slip at the bottom of the Photography and Video Statement if they are happy that photographs and videos of their child be taken during events run by the Club.

The Guide to Good Rugby is included in order that parents can see what the Club expects of them with regards to Rugby, although this guide can be applied to any other sports that your children are involved in.

Finally we would request that all parents whose children are new to the club print and complete the following two documents:
* The Young Player Registration Form is mandated by the Rugby Football Union for all young players
* The Player Details is a club form to give Team Coordinators necessary information about the players in their team.
