Hastings played host to Worthing in a match where Hastings were coming off the back of a heavy defeat to Brighton.
Any scars from that defeat were immediately put to rest with Hastings producing one of their best team performances to date, dominating in all areas of the game and with no weak links in the team, Hastings run out worthy winners.
Two tries apiece for Harry Walker, Loewy Simmons and Alfie Joarder-White, a try from Ben Davies, and with Loewy Simmons converting two tries and scoring a penalty, Hastings went on to hand Worthing a heavy defeat.
The coaches gave a notable performance for Alfie Joarder-White, narrowly missing out on man of the match to Harry Walker’s excellent performance, that said, the coaches stating it was a brilliant all round team performance from everyone.
Congratulations to Worthing who once again played the game in a sporting like manner, it was a pleasure to host them for the day.
