Hastings & Bexhill Rugby Club captain Roger Roberts admits it will be a case of damage limitation tomorrows (Saturday). Third from bottom H&B will be desperate to avoid another drubbing when they visit unbeaten London Three South East leaders Heathfield & Waldron.
Roberts said: "I think it is a bit of damage limitation and to come away with our heads held high. I think we can keep them to a very low score, but winning is a bit unrealistic.
"It's hard to go over there and dominate, especially when their crowd gets behind them. They probably don't like coming to us and vice-versa."
Heathfield head the table by four points with 11 wins from as many matches, while H&B have lost eight out of ten and have conceded a massive 183 points in their last three away trips.
H&B are again likely to be without influential half backs, Kit and Piers Claughton. Richard Brooks is unavailable, while props Illian Granville and Tom Spatchhurst are injured.
